Return Policy

Stetzer Electric is committed to providing our customers with products of the highest quality. If you are not 100% satisfied with your STETZERiZER products we will do everything we can to make things right.

Returns

  • Stetzer Electric will only accept returns on purchases of 20 or more filters.
  • Full or partial returns will be accepted for up to 60 days after product was received.
  • Customers will be refunded the full purchase price of the returned products, excluding shipping and handling fees.
  • Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs – we will not accept returns marked C.O.D.
  • We advise customers to ship returns via traceable methods (UPS, FedEx, etc.) to verify returns are received by Stetzer Electric.
  • Copies of the original invoice and credit card receipt must be included with returned items.
  • Items returned more than 60 days, but less than 90 days, after product was received will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • No returns will be accepted after 90 days, except in case of defective products (see below).

Exchanges/Defective Products

  • Stetzer Electric will exchange any defective STETZERiZER products for up to 2 years from the date of purchase, provided that:
    • Product  is returned to Stetzer Electric, in the original condition it was received by the customer, for inspection and testing;
    • Upon inspection and testing the product is deemed by Stetzer Electric to be defective in function or workmanship; and,
    • Customer will pay return shipping fees.
